Fusion Global HR: Overriding Position Synch During Convert Pending Worker Is Not Working

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Global Human Resources
During Convert Pending Worker, the Synchronize from Position is changing from No to Yes which is causing the Assignment location to be changed
We would expect the employee record to still show No for synchronized from the position and the location on the assignment to not be changed
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Change Synchronize from Position to No and change the location while editing the Pending Worker.
On the pending worker, change Synchronize from Position to No and change the location
Proposed Person Type: Employee
Location - Sales Office
On the employee record the person now incorrectly shows they are synced to the position which pulls in the wrong location associated to the position. We did not update the Hire row to change to sync the employee.
Person Type: Intern
Location - Corporate Office
