BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) with fluctuating pricing based in Currency Rate

Ability to maintain fluctuating pricing in BPA based in an index as Currency Rate.

When the BPA is created the user will inform a currency rate and every day based in the rate change the line price should be updated.

Example:
BPA created/approved in 09/28 with a rate of 5.000 and the line price is $ 1,000.00
In the 09/29 the current rate is 5.100. In this case the line price should be $ 1,020.00

Is there any way to implement this automatic price update?
