EDIDLORD_JOB Not Generating TSHIP Records for all the Items (Doc ID 2719849.1)

EDIDLORD_JOB is not generating TSHIP records for few items when the items in the PO are cancelled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure you have order is in Closed Status and few line items in cancel status.
2. Run EDIDLORD batch.
3. Notice that the TITEM records are created for all the item in the order but the TSHIP is not created for all items.
