On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Microsoft Office 365
O365 Outlook add-in - Task creation from Opportunity detail
In the O365 Outlook add-in (Test and Prod). When a user is in the Opportunity detail screen and tries to create a Task using the Actions button (...), an error page is displayed with the following message:
The page can't be loaded. Contact your help desk. (ZPS_365-5685094)
Error - No se puede obtener la propiedad 'getView' de referencia nula o sin definir
The Task can be created selecting the Activities subtab and then clicking on the plus (+) button.
