Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens

On Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) Report the parameter list is not displayed at run time

For one user - when he runs a report from the Financial Reporting Center he get a error stating: Error executing query: Error: Internal Essbase JAPI error: [Cannot execute report. Essbase Error(1001005): Unknown Member [] in Report].

When tries to run the report, the parameters are not displayed - to check if some of them are blank
