Fusion Global HR: Correction Of Termination Goes For Approval Where As We Dont Want An Approval For The Second Time

Termination transaction will go for approval and none of the approvers ( Line Manager, Comp and Payroll team) should be able to edit the termination to add the rehire recommendation.
HRG generalist will not be approving the Termination
After the approval is done, HR Generalist will correct the termination to add the Rehire recommendation details which should not be routed for approval . But it is actually getting routed for approval and all rules are evaluated and it fails with an error Error while fetching starting participant : Error while fetching the manager of CJV2 : The record Supervisor of type LINE_MANAGER does not exist..
The Line manager is removed from the assignment effective one day after termination date. The correction is happening for the termination date and the approval goes to error while evaluating the rules and not able to find the LM where as LM is available as of termination date ( there is no LM only one day after the termination date)
Tried doing the correction from both Classic and Responsive UI and it goes for approval for both times and errors out
Termination approval Rule 3 is changed as given in the attachment to make that the when during actual termination it does go through this rule as Rehire recommendation will Not specified at that time.
Have added one additional rule to go self auto approval when the HRG does a change to rehire recommendation to a new value
