Issue In Qualifying Point Balance On Cancelling An Accrual Transaction (Doc ID 2720319.1)

Member has enrolled to loyalty program and initial Qualifying point balanceis 0
Even in the point balances is 0
Processed an accrual transaction and qualifying points got awarded
Even the point balances shows correct value
Now on cancelling the accrual transaction(reversing the 7000 qualifying
points), the value on the
UI shows correctly.
But in the point balance, it still shows 7000 which is incorrect
