Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Setup and Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Before upgrade to 20C, rate displayed in receivables where showing decimal places and now the values show as rounded in 20C

Tax calculation is correct but the rounding shown in the system is not.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rates displayed should show decimal places and not be rounded to nearest amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgrade to 20C
2. Verify that the tax rounding is no longer showing decimal values
