Error When Trying To Create Or Edit Any Document After Upgrade (Doc ID 2720418.1)

On : 19.1 version, Document Creation

After upgrading your environment, when attempting to create or edit a document, the following error occurs:

  An error has occurred rendering the navigation item. Please contact your System Administrator

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Prerequisite: upgrade to 19.1.003
1. Log in into Invoice Matching Cloud Service
2    a. Navigate to Document Maintenance > Document Search; Press Actions > Create Document
      b. Navigate to Document Maintenance > Document Search; Search for the document,
            e.g. select Vendor Type = Suppliers.
           Try to open a Document
3. Observe the above error
