Not Able To Use Mail Functionality Through Unifier (Doc ID 2720639.1)

Symptoms

On: 19.12.1.1 version, Unifier Application

When attempting to use the Mail Functionality through Unifier in Production,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Alert: The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into env
2. Go to project shell
3. Mailbox node
4. Inbox
5. New
6. The above alert is displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Mail Functionality
