Symptoms

As the application host runs on GMT time zone and if the weekly batch executes on Monday morning, the application still thinks that the current day is Sunday. As such, Working Plan (WP) is not being actualized. It is expected that the WP is actualized during the weekly batch run.

Also, when users login to the MFPEE application on Monday morning, previous day (Sunday) is still shown as unelapsed and users are able to edit the measure values.
