Action Plan Auto Closes After Actions Completed (Doc ID 2720800.1)

Customer has noticed that an action plan that have few appointments is getting completed automatically when all the appointments are getting completed.

Sometimes customer will need to add another appointment in this case but as the action plan is automatically getting completed this is not possible in UI.
