This is for some platinum contact chats, where they must be taken by their owners. For example, if the platinum contact Max enters the chat, this chat must be sent to the user owner of Max contact. So the chat is routed in a queue and the first agent should transfer to the owner of the contact.
How to transfer a chat direct to another user, instead of transfer to a queue?
