Unable to Use Type Ahead in SOV Picker

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot type anything in the Schedule of Values (SOV) field in the Line Item Details panel
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to enter data directly in field.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier
- Navigate to the correct Business Process
- Create a new record that uses SOV Picker
- Click on the "Schedule of Values -SOV" and Click “ADD”
- Try to enter a value in the field
- Notice that typing does not add any characters in the field
