Unable to Use Type Ahead in SOV Picker (Doc ID 2721187.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot type anything in the Schedule of Values (SOV) field in the Line Item Details panel


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to enter data directly in field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to the correct Business Process
  3. Create a new record that uses SOV Picker
  4. Click on the "Schedule of Values -SOV" and Click “ADD”
  5. Try to enter a value in the field
  6. Notice that typing does not add any characters in the field
