How To Fix Issue When First Time IDCS User And Admin User Existing In OCC (Login name is already in use)?
Performed the configuration to enable SSO as documented in "Configure SSO with OpenID Connect" at https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/cx-commerce/20c/ccdev/configure-sso-openid-connect.html
Tried to perform SSO through Admin, a blank screen appears in browser and can't perform login.
In the browser Developer Console observed that OCC returns 401 and the message:
