Symptoms

Customer is unable to establish a connection with an on-prem FTP/SFTP Server and getting an error:

Error Code: CASDK-0002, Error Message: Unable to access the host XXXX.XXXXX.com, Error Cause: oracle.cloud.adapter.ftp.plugin.connection.FTPConnectionException: Unable to connect to FTP server. Please verify Host and Port details.
