Symptoms

On : Unifier 19.12.4

When opening the access control information window, users receive the error below.

 

ERROR

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to problem project/shell > Admin Mode > Access Control > Access Information
  3. The window comes up, processing wheel runs for about 20-25 seconds, then the error pops up.
