ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When transferring Payroll results to GL, the Cost Center information is not used for the Social Insurance deduction elements (GOSI) despite it already being entered at department level for GOSI elements.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

GOSI elements' costing to include Cost Center information, stored at Deparment level

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define costing for GOSI elements
2. Calculate payroll and review costing results.
