20D: Project Costs ADFDI spreadsheet LOV's doesn't return any Values (Doc ID 2721657.1)

After Upgrading to Release 20D (, Facing below issues

1. While creating non-labour costs through ADF Desktop integrator, the Task
details are not populating after entering the project details.

2. When capturing costs, 'Create Costed or Accounted
Transactions for Third-Party Applications'. After selecting the Source and
Document, when coming to the Document Entry, the list of values is blank.
There are 3 transaction sources configured in system and the issue is seen
for all of them.

1.Login to Application
2.Switch to Projects -> Costs
3.Click at Tasks -> Capture Costs -> Create Non Labor Costs or Create Costed or Accounted
Transactions for Third-Party Applications
4.Open downloaded Excel
5.Enable Editing. Click on Yes and provide authentication details.
6.Enter Business Unit, Document, Batch Name, Expenditure Item Date, Project Name
While on trying to enter Task Name/Task Number and other fields, no data got populated.
