Need To Add More Values In Invoice Regional Information

User needs to have one more value for the field "Transaction Letter" for Argentina Regional information, on the invoice header, in tab Additional information.
For the moment the available values are: A, B, C, E, X.
As The Global Item Attributes for 'Regional Information' is seeded and it cannot be edited per Doc ID 2407937.1, please help us to add an extra value "M" which is a must for us, as this is a legal requirement in Argentina for Reporting to the Legal Authorities.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to add extra value "M" for the field "Transaction Letter" for Argentina Regional information, on the invoice header, in tab Additional information.
This is a legal requirement in Argentina for Reporting to the Legal Authorities.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an invoice> Header level >show more> Additional Information tab> Regional information (Invoices for Argentina)> Field transaction letter, need an extra value "M".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add the extra value "M" for the field "Transaction Letter" for Argentina Regional information, on the invoice header, in tab Additional information, for Transaction letter for reporting to Argentina tax Authorities.
