When attempting to load Balance Adjustments Lines via HSDL spreadsheet template--or any HSDL spreadsheet template which involves Element Entries--the following error occurs below though the values are correct and able to load the same object via HDL

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load Balance Adjustment Lines via HSDL Spreadsheet Template
2. Encounter error message above
3. able to load the same object via HDL without issues or error
