Unable To See Save & Save And Close Button For Customer Type Account Records (Doc ID 2721849.1)

For Account object, customer sees that, users (with Sales rep role), see the Account records (where they are not owners or in team) with Save and Save & Close button for Prospects records but they don't see these buttons for Customer records.
