On : 20.3 version, Core Product Functionality
After the upgrade to 20C, in facility F123 wave template WaveTem123 has been constantly failing with the following error message.

Exception '<' not supported between instances of 'int' and 'NoneType'.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ui: Wave Inquiry
2. See run number Wave123
3. See error
