Can The "Record Set" For The Contact Search Picklist Be Customized To Add New Values? (Doc ID 2721976.1)

When searching for a contact the picklist contains a default 'Record set' with a pre-defined set of values. e.g.  'All records I can see',  'records I own'   etc..

Is there a way to update the standard picklist "Record Set" to add new values?
