ERROR
-----------------------
Error deleting order: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("ADMIN"."INVENTORY_HISTORY"."GROUP_NBR")

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order is created in upstream.
2. No update is allowed on the order.
3. To make an update to the order we have to delete/cancel the order in WMS
and send the activity code 27 to upstream telling that they are good to make
an edit.
4. Basically canceling the order will release the order in upstream OMS
system to make and edit and send the updated order as a new order to WMS.
