Customer has a usage report that uses the subject area "Sales - CRM Resource System Usage" that is not reporting correct values.

For a specific day, user logged in the application but report returns:

'# of Logins' = 0

'# of Active Days' = 1

NOTE: The ESS job "Refresh BI Reports Audit Data for User Adoption Reporting" is running successfully every night.
