On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Opportunities

When trying to update details of specific opportunities, the application throws error message

Too many matching records are found.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update Opportunity xyz
2. Save
3. Observe the error messages
