Absences do not reduce from the plan or generate the absence element entry.

10 hours Compensatory Plan Balance was uploaded Using HDL for the employee with effective date of 5/31/2020.

Although the balance is correctly displayed under the plan balance summary, when submiting an absence for month of June it still does not reduce from the plan or generate the absence element entry.
