ODA Insights Shows Different values than ODA Analytics For Same Time Periods (Doc ID 2722875.1)

Why does ODA Insights show different values than Analytics for same time period? Specifically why number of error conditions is different?

For example: Insights shows 2 Error Conditions while Analytics shows 6 Errors. According to the documentation, the values should be the same in both places:

* Error Conditions: The number of errors (system-handled, infinite loops, or timeouts) across all conversations.
* The report includes other factors that influence the skill’s performance during this period: the number of errors (system-handled errors, infinite loops, timeouts) and unresolved intents.
