Symptoms
ERROR HRX-1562280 Unable to view calculation cards
Unable to open US employee calculation card, getting following error:

"You must run the tax card migration process before you can view this card (HRX-1562280)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to access Calculation Card of an Employee.
2. See above error.
