PRC:SSP: Unable to Download Punchout Catalog from OBN (Doc ID 2722962.1)

Symptoms

Unable to download punchout catalog from OBN
User has already established the punchouts for some suppliers in OBN.
User succeeded downloading punchout of these suppliers from OBN to Oracle Cloud for two business units. However when user is trying to download the same punchouts for another business unit, after clicking Download, it directs to the blank page and punchout catalog cannot be created.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Create punchout catalog for OBN with OBN URL and credentials;
Step 2: Navigate to Manage Catalog page. Select the OBN punchout catalog created in Step 1.
Step 3: Click “Download Punchout” from Action dropdown list
Step 4: It brings user to OBN to select the Punchouts that are already established in OBN for downloading
Step 5: select one supplier and click Download.
Step 6: Below message is diplayed:
Please wait!!! Don't refresh or close this window.
Your Request is being processed and you will be redirected to IProcurement shortly.
Step 7: After this step, normally it will bring user back to Cloud and the punchout catalog of the selected supplier from above step will be automatically created.
But it goes to a blank page instead and cannot be directed back to Cloud. Also no punchout catalog is created.
