Earning Rate And Earning Amount Does Not Take Into Account the Numeric Precision For Rates Parameter (Doc ID 2723035.1)

Symptoms

User has Numeric Precision for Rates to 4 in Manage Plan Parameters. However, the Earning Amount and Earning Rate does not consider round to 4 decimal places during calculation.

Instead it is coming as below :
Earning Amount  = 25,909.9900000000000000000000000000000001
Earning Rate      = 0.05163504931714719271623672230652503794

STEPS
1. Setup and Maintenance > Manage Parameters >  Set Numeric Precision for Rates  = 4
2. Enter rate table rate
3. Calculate Commission
4. View the amounts in Calculation Detail
