Error "Unable to Create Business Process Record. Picker Data is not available. -> Engineer, multiple records matched" Received When Using iOS Moblle App (Doc ID 2723061.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new business process record with iOS Mobile app (version 20.10.1) in Unifier Project, upon submission of the new record the following message is displayed.


ERROR
-----------------------
"Unifier Unable to create Business Process record. Picker data is not available. -> Engineer, multiple records matched."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iOS app
2. Switch to workspace
3. Open the affected project/shell
4. Create a new BP record and attempt to submit.
5. The message noted above is displayed.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot advance the BP Record.
