Users Are Unable to Double-Click an Attachment to Open It, or Upload a File in DM (Doc ID 2723064.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Nothing happens when a user clicks the button to upload a file in DM, or double-clicks an attachment to open it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The user should be able to upload files and open attachments.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In the browser's Console Log, the following errors can be seen:

filepicker1 is undefined

Autovue is not defined (javascript error)

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

Symptom 1:

  1. Go to Project > Document Manager > Documents.
  2. Click Upload.
  3. Note the reported issue.

Symptom 2:

  1. Double-click a BP attachment.
  2. Note the reported issue.
