Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee is not able to view all the personal payment methods added by the payroll manager.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Employee should be able to view all the personal payment methods.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a third payment method for an employee by payroll manager.
2. Person Management - search after employee - Personal Payment Method - Payroll Manager able to see 3 payment methods.
3. Me - Personal Payment Method - employee is able to see only 2 payment methods.
