Information in this document applies to any platform.
1. log in with a loyalty administrator user
2. Select a member from a program.
3. In the member's profile, select the transfer points button
4. Fill in the fields, type of point and number of points to transfer.
5. verify that the system records the correct date and time of the transfer transaction
6. However, for the points items, the transfer date appears in another time zone.
