Symptoms
Service instance is not accessible, the following message is displayed when trying to access the service.
-- Your EPM Cloud environment is currently unavailable. This could be because of an ongoing daily maintenance (see Setting Service Maintenance Time to learn more) or an unplanned downtime.
In the My Services dashboard, the service status shows a Red Triangle with an exclamation point [!] in the triangle.
