Symptoms

When there is no On-Hand, order line have reservation error -

A reservation was not created because the reservation quantity is greater than the available to reserve quantity.

And once the on-hand is available, user actioned the fulfill line with Reserve action and below error occurs, with user request in Processing status only.

Your request failed. Contact your system administrator.


The issue can be reproduced:

1. Order is created and submitted.
2. There was no on-hand for the line.
3. Order Line is in reservation error - "A reservation was not created because the reservation quantity is greater than the available to reserve quantity."
4. Once on-hand is back, user manually reserve the qty for the line.
5. But the user action gives error and stays in processing.
