Not Able to Performance RPL Action After New Contact Added Into the Workbench

I was using Restricted Party Screening Workbench to add a required review contact and pass/fail the contact. However, it shown me error message

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open RPLS workbench
2. Select work queue
3. Add new contact and click on "requires review"
