Fusion Benefits:Encountered Error While Running The "Adjust Open Enrollment Window" Batch Job

Goal
Benefit Admin team currently testing the Open enrollment.
They have scheduled the Open enrollment initially for the duration 05th Oct 2020 to 09th Oct 2020. Now, they wanted to extend the open enrollment period till 13th Oct 2020.
When they run the "Adjust Open Enrollment Window" for an employee the process is in "Processing" and then after few minutes the status changes to "Not Started - Scheduled for later". After 5 minutes approximately the status becomes "Completed with Errors".
We have tried to run the batch job with different set of parameter and for different people as well but every time the result is same.
