Symptoms

Unable to set up the Retail by Zone feature, while creating an item in working environment.

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Login to RMFCS(Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service) product user interface.
  2. Create a new item from RMFCS user interface(UI).
  3. Press More Actions button from Item screen of RMFCS UI.
  4. Retail By Zone feature is not available to use.
