Symptoms
Unable to set up the Retail by Zone feature, while creating an item in working environment.
Steps to replicate the issue:
- Login to RMFCS(Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service) product user interface.
- Create a new item from RMFCS user interface(UI).
- Press More Actions button from Item screen of RMFCS UI.
- Retail By Zone feature is not available to use.
