Goal

The patch domain task is failing due to an open user session.  Why is this happening when the patch domain is a Domain Exclusive Task?

For example:

<E 2020Oct27 15:56:11.340>
<W 20201027 15:56:18.231> ServerRunUtilityJsonException: {"returncode":"54","id":"t20201027<NUMBERS>","exception":"DomainOfflineException","cause":"Failed to obtain offline lock after 240 seconds","server_name":"<SERVER>"}
