After Upgrade To 20C Scheduled Processes Isn't Working Anymore (Doc ID 2723859.1)

Symptoms

The instance was upgraded to 20C/20D recently. Now, scheduled processes no longer function.

When selecting "Scheduled Processes" from either the navigator or the springboard, Fusion Applications returns with the springboard page.

For example, if a user starts "Create Accounting" from the Payables Invoices screen, the process starts.
