How to Monitor a CPQ Code Defect from My Oracle Support

In the My Oracle Support (MOS) Dashboard there is a region for tracking Bugs/Defects.
This information is intended for ALL customers, business partners and employees, not just Oracle CPQ Cloud customers. Detailed instructions on enabling the Bug tracker functionality allow you to track favorite Bugs. These Bugs can be marked as a favorite from an SR or added as a favorite during your Bug search. At the very bottom of the document there are instructions for how to setup notifications when a Bug has been updated. Please note that these steps only apply for published external Bugs. Customers cannot add a Bug to Bug tracker if it is not first published.
