Reimport Credited Transactions Using Import Management Created Duplicate Records (Doc ID 2723982.1)

Symptoms

Standard Import Management created duplicate credited transactions.


STEPS
1. Have existing credited transaction ( eg. CR-TRX1)
2. Create csv data file to re-import the same credited transaction which have updated attribute values
3. Tools > Import Management > Create Import Activity ( Object = Incentive Transaction )
4. View Credits shows the original transaction is Obsoleted status but have two NEW credited transaction with exact same values.

BUSINESS IMPACT
Calculation can generate higher commission amount because of extra credited transactions depending on compensation plan setup.
