Issues with "Details" Link in OSN Social Object (Doc ID 2724284.1)

Symptoms

The "details" link in Oracle Social Network (OSN) social object conversations, ie OSN conversation related to "Negotiations", can be clicked to open the "Edit <object>" page in the Simplified UI for the Fusion Application (Fuse UI). While this works for many users, some users are getting blank pages or "page not found" errors.
