Smart View: Thousands Separator (,) is not Reflected in the Form (Doc ID 2724302.1)

Number Formatting in the Application Settings is set as "Thousands Separator:Comma".

Navigator > Application > Settings > Number Formatting

The setting is reflected when open the Web Form, but it is not reflected when open form in Smart View.

Display on Web Form:
-10,000

Display in Smart View:
-10000
