Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Business is experiencing performance issue in invoking the Web Service pickSlipDetails from RF Smart Application. It is taking 10+ seconds at each time. In application UI Confirm pick slip where it was taking 2-3 seconds to fetch the record.

Invoke REST API /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/pickSlipDetails from RF Smart.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When perform movement request pick in the RF smart UI, it shouldn't take 10+ seconds.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Navigated to the movement request pick in the RF smart UI.
2) When entered sub inventory RM and hit enter, it was taking 10+ seconds
3) It listed pick slips.
4) When they further go there, it is taking 10+ seconds at each time.
5) The same issue exists for RF device as well.
