Symptoms

Structure Name and Segment Name of Chart of Accounts Structure dose not accept Japanese characters from 20C onwards.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1.Navigate:Setup and Maintenance > Manage Chart of Accounts Structure Instances
2.Click on "Manage Structures" button
3.Edit Key Flexfield Structures
4.Enter Japanese Structure Name but can not save the record
5.Edit Segment
6.Enter Japanese Segment Name but can not save the record
