Goal

In Oracle HCM Cloud, approvers can delegate their approval responsibilities to other approvers. When creating an approval delegation in HCM UI, approvers can select approval category to indicate the approval tasks that require to be delegated.

Starting 21D, Category field may show more values than earlier. Not all category values shown in the list may apply to all Customers. Customer may have a requirement to:

  1. Modify a seeded category value to custom
  2. Remove a category value from the list
